1.USER INFORMATION
Who is the controller of your personal data?
CT INGENIEROS AERONAUTICOS DE AUTOMOCION E INDUSTRIALES SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs the USER that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The following operations are expected to be used in the processing:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, text message, multimedia message, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with which it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conduct market research and statistical analysis.
- Process orders, requests, respond to queries or any type of request that is made by the USER through any of the forms of contact that are made available on the website of the CONTROLLER.
- Send the online newsletter, about new developments, offers and promotions in our activity.
For what reasons might we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the consent of the USER: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- Out of legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to carry out market studies, statistical analysis, etc. and process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing or if there are legal requirements that require custody of the data. When the data is no longer needed for this, it will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation and total destruction of the data.
Who do we give your personal data to?
Communication of personal data to third parties is not expected, except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and processing manager contracts required by the privacy regulations currently in force.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they feel that the processing does not comply with the regulations currently in force.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering information in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly accept, freely and unequivocally, that their information is necessary for the provider to fulfil their request, and that the inclusion of information in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to the information.
The CONTROLLER informs the USER that all of the information requested through the website is required because it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all of the information is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely suited to the needs of the USER.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of regulations on the protection of personal data currently in force, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly complying with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which the data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the interested party and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has given the USERS the appropriate information so that they can exercise those rights.
