Interior design
What sets us apart is a complete design engineering strategy from basic engineering to detailed design. Our teams develop interior configurations for all types of train cars.
System design & installation
We provide system design and installation drawings for water supply, air conditioning, hydraulics, the electrical system, and any other system that might be present in the car.
Auxiliary machinery
Our involvement is in the entire process of developing auxiliary machinery. We do preliminary studies to detailed development of system elements and support the client through the bidding phase.
Remodeling
In addition to new projects, we can provide support in the remodeling of rolling stock. This can mean providing an extensive update of the interior, including the incorporation and integration of the latest technologies and systems to replace outdated systems. All remodeling activities and steps are documented in detail.
Conversion & overhaul
Once the design is completed, CT offers support in solving any issue that may arise during the following processes or phases, implementing the appropriate modifications or remedial actions and providing all the related documentation to be integrated into the customer’s system.
On-board software
On-board software can differentiate an excellent product from a standard one. It needs to be able to easily integrate with both software and hardware interfaces, which means that we communicate closely with the customer to provide an optimal solution based on programing and testing.
Calculation
From the preliminary design to certification, we ensure compliance with stress requirements for advanced design principles and materials. Using analytical methods and simulation software we can reduce the testing time required, as well as associated costs.
