CT Is joining AMETIC, the largest representative organization of the digital industry in Spain, as a part of its open innovation strategy, which includes a broad ecosystem of external participants.
As a new member of AMETIC, CT will contribute its experience in key areas such as digital management and talent, artificial intelligence, and defense technologies. In the aerospace and defense industries, CT has positioned itself as a trusted partner in European military and civil aviation programs, as well as in R&D initiatives. AMETIC works in various areas of interest for the domestic digital industry through 21 committees that cover the main priorities of the Digital Agenda of our industry, both domestically and internationally. It also organizes important annual events that have become benchmarks in the sector, such as the Meeting on the Digital Economy and Telecommunications, the AMETIC Artificial Intelligence Summit, the Digital Tourist Conference, and the forum, Partnership for the Development of Digital Talent.
AMETIC’s main objective is to promote the development of an economic policy and a legislative environment that facilitates the development and use of digital technologies. Its 300 members include companies of all types and sizes, although they are always within the framework of the ICT sector, Telecommunications, Enabling Technologies, the Electronics Industry, and Digital Services, among other areas.
The organization promotes dialogue between companies, public and private institutions, and various sector organizations. It also drives collaborative projects among its members, whereby they contribute to sustainable economic development, increased competitiveness in the sector, and the creation of quality employment.
