Last Wednesday, 9 February, in the Ciudad de la Cultura in Santiago de Compostela, the Xunta de Galicia held an event to acknowledge the commitment of different Galician companies to improve and promote Vocational Training in the community.

The event was attended by the president of the Xunta, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, the president of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Galicia (CEG), Juan Manuel Vieites, as well as representatives of the different collaborating companies. CT held a privileged position at the event, represented by the head of the Armament and Systems area in Galicia, Almudena Casanova.

The president of the Xunta gave CT an insignia that recognises the company’s commitment to the training of future professionals, while helping students enter the job market with the aim of making them more efficient for the tasks that they will have to perform and more attractive to companies.

“For CT all of these types of proposals align perfectly with our policies in the field of training, and both the Xunta and the collaborating companies will always have an ally in us to try to improve vocational training, and also to identify and attract talent to make our community a leader in this area,” said Almudena Casanova.
